1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Cuzi AI (cuzi.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Content and Conduct

When using our service, you agree to:

• Not use our service to generate content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Not create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Not attempt to deceive others or misrepresent yourself
• Not use our service to generate deepfakes or misleading content without proper disclosure
• Not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

2.1 Prohibition of NSFW and Adult Content

Cuzi AI strictly prohibits the generation, upload, distribution, or solicitation of NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any kind through the platform — including prompts, lyrics, images, audio, and videos. This prohibition is absolute and applies to all users, regardless of subscription tier or jurisdiction. You must NOT use the platform to create, request, store, or share:

• Sexually explicit prompts, lyrics, imagery, audio, or video content
• Any sexual or suggestive content depicting, referencing, or implying minors (CSAM) — such content is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real persons, or sexualized depictions of identifiable individuals
• Content that sexualizes violence, abuse, or exploitation
• Prompts, lyrics, or metadata designed to elicit, bypass filters for, or otherwise produce any of the above

We employ automated and human-reviewed content moderation to detect prohibited prompts and outputs. Submissions flagged or denied by our moderation systems will be blocked, and we reserve the right — without prior notice — to suspend or permanently terminate accounts, withhold refunds, retain related logs for compliance and audit purposes, and report violations to law enforcement, payment processors, and other relevant authorities. Use of the platform constitutes your agreement to comply with this NSFW prohibition.

3. Generated Content

Our AI service creates videos from images and text inputs. You understand and agree that:

• You must have necessary rights to any images or content you upload
• Generated content may not be perfect and may require manual adjustment
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before use
• We may retain and use anonymized data to improve our services

4. Intellectual Property Rights

For content you upload or create through our service:

• You retain rights to your original uploaded content
• For paid users, you receive rights to commercially use generated content
• Free users receive limited personal-use rights to generated content
• We maintain rights to our technology, algorithms, and service improvements

5. Service Usage and Limitations

Our service is subject to the following limitations:

• Service availability may vary based on demand and maintenance
• Free tier users have restricted access to features and outputs
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
• Account sharing is not permitted
